One of the most annoying elements of anti-social behaviour is discovering items tipped into our local rivers.

This is a New Forest District Council bin that has been unceremoniously dumped into Bartley Water by the Rum Bridge.

It is difficult to understand what temporary pleasure is gained by the offender, whether it is shopping trolley or anything else… just pathetic and it creates a problem for somebody else to deal with…. Grrr.
