I fully endorse Cllr. Caroline Rackham as far and away the best choice when it comes to electing a County Councillor for the Totton North & Netley Marsh seat.

I have worked with Caroline for many years now, having initially got to know her as chief organiser of community events including things like the Lantern Parade and Carnival.

As Leader on Totton & Eling Town Council she has shown enormous drive and skill, initiating many changes including work on the Neighbourhood Plan, the Town Market, helping improve access in her work on the New Forest Access Forum and her well known talent for promoting Arts & Culture, not just locally but across Hampshire and Dorset.

She is the sort of person that relishes a challenge and taking on the transition from a Hampshire County Council to a very different set up that will almost certainly happen under government plans for Local Government Reorganisation demands a rolling up the sleeves and getting on with a job, in a way that she is fully capable.

She has run a very positive campaign, reflecting her personality. I really hope the voters recognise her qualities.
