Amazing…. since I publicised the deadline for commenting on the A326 road widening plans, the number of objections have more than doubled in a couple of days… it was 70…. I have now counted 160.

I think this proves that the consultation has been very poorly advertised by Hampshire County Council, who are both the promoters of the scheme and will get to decide the outcome!

I am now calling on Hampshire County Council to extend the deadline for comments. It is obvious that a great many more people would like to object but simply didn’t know about !
