A really positive piece of news for the UK, with a huge investment going into what promises to be one of the best theme parks in Europe.

It is to be built in Bedfordfordshire, representing a £7.3 Billion investment and creating 20,000 jobs during construction and 8,000 jobs when up and running in 2031.

Of course, it is competition for a very own local and popular Paulton’s park. However, I suspect it will have more of an impact on U.S. theme parks… no bad thing, reducing the need for air travel across the Atlantic.

Apparently Bedfordshire was chosen because “it is an exciting place”…. I don’t know about that but it will be an exciting place in about five years time!
