Being a Southerner, I have only rarely ventured up north. My visits have been fleeting. I have had a few hours in Edinburgh which looks to me to be a fine city. I took this photo last week. It is one one of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen, right next to the railway station.

I hope one day to spend a few days in the City. It deserves a bit of time to experience all that it has to offer.
